Access restricted documents
Restricted reports — the SOC 2 Type II report, the penetration test executive summary, and security questionnaire responses — are available to enterprise customers and approved reviewers. Enterprise customers download them from the Documents section of the NotAI dashboard; everyone else can request access below.
Enterprise customers
Restricted documents live in the Documents section of the NotAI dashboard. Sign in with your existing account to download them. Your organization's plan determines which documents are available by default, and our team can extend per-document grants where needed.

What to expect
- We review access requests within two business days and reply by email.
- Approved reviewers accept a click-through NDA before receiving restricted material.
- Documents are delivered in the dashboard through watermarked, expiring links - never permanent URLs.
- Access is granted per document and is time-boxed; you can request again when a grant lapses.
Request access
Prospects and reviewers without an enterprise account can request access by email. Write to us from your work address with your name, your organization, and which documents you need, and we will follow up by email.
